As per the circular cited under ref: (1), the Provisional Seniority List of Technical Assistant/Serological Assistant of
the Chemical Examiner’s Laboratory as on 31-7-2011 was circulated among all Technical Assistant/Serological Assistant
of the Department calling objections, if any, with regard to their seniority positions in the provisional list. The objections
received were objectively examined and effected necessary modifications in genuine cases. Under the above circumstance,
the seniority of the Technical Assistant/Serological Assistant as on 31-7-2011 is hereby finalized in accordance with
Rule 27 (a) and (c) of KS&SSR, Part-II and the final seniority list is thus prepared by updating the seniority list
published as per ref: (2) and appended to this order for information of all concerned.
