The candidates belonging to Other Backward

Classes included in this list, who are required to produce

Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 81/09/

SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along

with the other documents mentioned above as and when

called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to

produce the required Community Certificate, Non Creamy

Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of

community reservation and will be considered as Open

Competition Candidates.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of

answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply

for re-checking of their answer scripts only after the

approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed

instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification

for this post. Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR

Test held on 10-10-2009 will be issued to those

candidates who apply for the same remitting the

prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List.

Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are

advised to refer the notification.

dated 26-9-2009. SC/ST candidates shall

produce Caste Certificate obtained from

Tahsildar as specified in Kerala Gazette

along with other documents mentioned

above or as and when called for. The

Ranked List No. 176/2011/DOTSR.

The following list contains the names of the candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective

Type Test (OMR) held on 11-6-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the probability

list published on 19-8-2010 for the post of Tracer on ` 5650-8790 in Agriculture (SC Unit) in Thrissur District, arranged in

the order of merit. The ranked list is published on the basis of the Gazette Notification for the post dated 27-2-2008 as

Category No. 86/2008. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 19-4-2011. The ranked list will be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List for the post after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of

three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and

orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list

at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks

will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The

result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidate from this office.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other

manner willl not be considered. The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee

addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, SC/ST Development Corporation Building, II Floor, Opp. Town Hall,

City Post Office, Chembukavu, Thrissur-20 should reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of the

Ranked List by the PSC (i.e. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). Application for

rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The last date for receipt of application for

rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 2-6-2011.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of the answer sheet have to remit a prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees

Two hundred only) which shall be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State which is to be credited to the

Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other receipt-99-Other receipts” and the original chalan receipt should be attached with

the application. The copy of the OMR sheet will be given only once and copy of both “A” Part and “B” part will be

given. The photocopy will be sent by Registered Post to the applicant. Candidate will be given the copy of their own

answer script only and if it is proved that application has been given to get the copy of other candidates answer script,

legal action will be initiated against the applicant. The application to obtain the photocopy of OMR answer script should

reach this office within 45 days from the date of publication of Ranked List. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to

any defect will not be issued.

Entries put in Column (8) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the

list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit

of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the

candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

All the candidates who have secured 51 (Fifty one) marks and above in the OMR Test held on 11-6-2009 and who

have appeared with necessary documents for the verification of Original Certificates have been included in the Ranked

List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplimentary Lists.

secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for

appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. Answer scripts will be rechecked

to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistakes in totaling of marks for various answers. Re-checking

of answer scripts, will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any of the

Treasuries in the state under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The application for

re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station,

Malappuram on or before 13-5-2011. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be

entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Ranked List are advised to refer to Notification

No. ER II (1) 1425/09/EW dated 25-1-2010 for the Register Number of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in

A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any

other manner will not be considered.

Candidates who wish to obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account

“0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-Other receipts”. The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,

Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Malappuram on or before 2011. A copy of an answer

sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be

issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal

proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their

applications and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been

correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala

Public Service Commission District Office, Malappuram within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get

the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies,

if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.

The candidates who have secure 48 (Forty Eight) marks and above in the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation)

have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List of Open Quota (Category No. 135/2008). The cut of marks have

been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under Supplementary Lists.

Note:—The vacancies reported after 20-12-2008 will not be advised from this Ranked List.
