Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer

and Electronic Equipment to various Departments in

University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2011-

12. Face Value—` 5,63,500 (Inclusive of all taxes).

The envelopes containing the tenders should be

superscribed as tenders for the supply of Computer and

Electronic Equipment and addressed to the Principal,

University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach in

this College on or before 2 p. m. on 2-1-2012. Late

tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened

at 3 p. m. on 2-1-2012 in the presence of the tenderers or

their authorised representatives who may be present at

that time.

Tender forms can be had from the College Office

from 10.30 a. m. to 1 p. m. on working days till 2-1-2012.

The cost of the tender form is ` 451 (Four hundred and

fifty one only) including VAT + Cess. Tender forms can

be had by post by sending Money Order for ` 510 (Five

hundred and ten only).

The cost of duplicate tender form is ` 226 (Two

hundred and twenty six only) including VAT + Cess. It

will be issued only to those who have purchased the

original tender forms. The original and duplicate tender

forms together can be had by post by sending Money

Order for ` 740 (Seven hundred and forty only).

The cost of tender form paid will not be refunded.

The tender form once purchased is not to be exchanged.

Money Order for the amount more or less than

specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft,

Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost

of tender forms or will not be send by V. P. P. The tender

forms are not transferable.

Along with tender, EMD @ 1% of the amount

tendered, subject to a minimum of Rs. 100 should also be

submitted in the form of DD.

Utensils to M. C. R. V. Hostel, Ernakulam under plan fund

2011-12. The list of Kitchen Utensils will be received from

No. I/2011-12 Supply of Kitchen Utensils under plan fund

2011” and addressed to the Warden, MCRV Hostel,

Ernakulam. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on

The tenders should be superscribed as “Tender

No. 12/2011-12 (P) supply of Lab Equipments and

Computers to Physics Lab, Computer Lab and

Mathematics Computer Lab under the scheme of Furniture,

Library and Lab Equipments plan 2011-12” and addressed

to the Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676

502, Malappuram District.

The last date and time of

receipt of filled tender is on 4-1-2012 at 2 p. m. and will be

opened on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of

such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may

be present at that time.

Sale of tender forms will be

closed on 4-1-2012 at 11 a. m. Late tenders will not be

accepted.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, T. M. Government College, Tirur, Pin-676 502,

Malappuram District obtain the requisite tender form

on which tenders should be submitted.

Application for

the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance for ` 1,500 towards the cost of forms + ` 61

towards VAT (Total ` 1,561) which is the price fixed for a

tender form and it is not refundable under any

circumstances.
