Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers/

authorized dealers /distributors for the Supply of the

following articles to the Directorate of KIRTADS,

Kozhikode-17.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.

The Cover containing the tender should be

Superscribed “Tender for supply of Modern

Archery Equipments”. Cost of tender forms will be

available at the office on Payment of cash ` 1,768.

Cost of tender forms by post ` 1,818. The sale of

tender forms will be closed at 4 p. m. on 10-1-2012.

2.

Last date and time of receipt of tender forms at

this office will be 11-1-2012 up to 1 p. m. The

tender will be opened in the presence of the

tenderers or their representatives at 3 p. m. on the

same day. Late tenders will not be accepted.

3.

Intending tenders should deposit an amount of

` 11,000 as E.M.D. by way of Demand Draft of an

approved bank pledged in favour of Director,

KIRTADS, Kozhikode-17. Together with an

agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 in the

prescribed form.

4.

Sufficient Brochure/Photo of Archery Equipments

and technical write ups to be supplied shall be

accompanied with the tender. Details of tender will

be available in the office.

5.

Tenders submitted can be accepted or rejected with

out assigning reason by the Director, of KIRTADS.

6.

The items shall be delivered at KIRTADS Office.

7.

All Kerala Government Orders and Laws relating to

Government Tenders, are applicable to this tender.
