The rates should be inclusive of sales tax and for

free delivery at the department concerned,

otherwise the tender will be rejected.

Advance payments conditions will not be

Sealed and superscribed tenders in the prescribed

form are invited for the supply of Air Conditioner and

Repair of Furniture in the Government College of Nursing,

Calicut.

Tender forms can be had from the Office of the

Principal, Government College of Nursing, Calicut direct on

payment of ` 450 and by registered post on payment of

` 490 by money order. Tender forms should be

superscribed as “Tender No. E/2852/2011/CNC” (as

indicated in the statement appended) and addressed to

“ The Principal, Government College of Nursing, Calicut,

Kerala-673 008.” The last date of receipt of tender and the

date of opening tender is as specified in the annexure

against each tender. Late tenders will not be accepted. The

tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. in the presence of

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be

present at that time.

Cost of duplicate copy is ` 337.

Last date of issue of tender form—23-1-2012, 3 p. m.

Closing date and time of tender form by post—

12-1-2012, 3 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender form—

Tender forms are not transferable under any

circumstances. Cheques, Drafts, Postage Stamps etc. will

not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the

forms be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate copy of tender forms

can be had on payment of ` 220.

IMPORTANT

The tenderers should send along with the tender, an

agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper

worth ` 50 and an EMD at 1% of the total cost of the

items tendered for. Tenders without agreement and EMD

will be rejected outright. Specimen agreement is annexed to

the prescribed tender forms. Stamp paper will be supplied

to firms outside Kerala on request along with a remittance

of ` 50 (Fifty only) towards the cost of Stamp paper and `

40 as incidental charges by money order. Brand name of

the item quoted should be mentioned.
