Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer

Systems for Computer/Word Processing Lab of DCP

Section of Government Women’s Polytechnic College,

Kozhikode.

The due date of tender is scheduled on

3-1-2012 at 3 p.m. and the opening date is on 4-1-2012

at 11 a.m.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender

No. E/3/2011-12 due on 3-1-2012 at 3 p.m. and addressed

to the undersigned to reach him before 3-1-2012 at 3 p. m.

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened at 11 a.m. on 4-1-2012 in the presence of such

tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be

present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a Cash remittance of

` 624 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same

and which is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms

will be closed at 2. p. m. on 3-1-2012. Drafts, Cheques,

Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost

of the form nor will forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate

tender forms, if required will be issued at ` 312 including

VAT per copy.

As per tender condition, the tenderer should send

along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in

Kerala Stamp Paper of value ` 100 and EMD 1% of the

total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without

agreement and EMD will be rejected.

Those who want

the tender form by post should send ` 674 for orginal and

` 362 for duplicate including VAT by money order to the

undersigned. Outside firm who desire to get Kerala Stamp

Paper should send an additional amount of ` 125 along

with the cost of tender form.
