The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

Test (OMR Valuation) held on 8-10-2009 and Practical test held on 17-2-2011 & 18-2-2011 for selection to the Post of

Driver (LDV) General Category on ` 2750-4625 in APEX Societies of Co-operative Sector in Kerala Category

No. 27/2008. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 1-7-2011.

The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force

till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there

is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list

at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the

list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer script will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application form along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed

above said address. Applications for rechecking and for photocopy should reach the office within 45 days from the date

on which the Ranked List has come into force. Applications received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and

fee once remitted will not be refunded. Copy of answer scripts of a test will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies

of OMR answer scripts invalidated by the Commission will not be issued. Candidates are informed that they are

prohibited from applying for a copy of answer script which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated

against such persons.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or application form down loaded

and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been

invalidated will not be considered. The last date for receipt of application for rechecking and for photocopy of the

answer script is 16-8-2011.

The result of rechecking/copy of answer script of the candidates who apply as per rules will be intimated/

forwarded from this office.

Entries put in column 8 are based on the Communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II Kerala Public

Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to

get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies

(P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 along with the

other documents mentioned above as and when called for

practical test.

The candidates belonging to SC/ST should produce 2

copies of Community Certificate obtained from Revenue

Authority clearly indicating that the same has been issued

to produce before Kerala Public Service Commission.

Such candidates who fail to produce the required Non

Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate will not be

entitled to the benefit of community reservaion and

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the

Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 11-6-2009 and the verification of original documents of candidates included

in the Probability List published on 4-11-2010 for selection to the Post of Tracer on ` 5650-8790 in Agriculture (Soil

Conservation Unit) Department (Category No. 86/2008) in Kottayam District arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 25-6-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till the

publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advise for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the

list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the

list.

All the candidates included in the Probability List who were found eligible on verification of documents are

included in Main List of the Ranked List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed.

But answer script will be

re-checked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers,

if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in

the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Section of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application

for re-checking.

The application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be

entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sent applications

for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the

marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall

remit the fee of ` 200 (Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051-PSC-800-Other reciepts 99-Other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available

from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District

Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List. A copy of the

answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be

issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal

proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for Re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala

Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which this

Ranked List has come in to force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The

last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 8-8-2011. Applications

for re-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be

entertained. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. The fee once remitted will not refunded.

Entries put in column 5 (Community) are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their

application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose Communities have not been

correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC

District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of

reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the

candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

It is hereby notified that the following modifications

is made in the Probability List No. 5/08/KGD for selection

to the post of L.D. Clerk in Various Departments in

Kasaragode District published on 15-11-2008.

A list of Partially Blind candidates is provisionally

incorporated with the separate list for Physically

Handicapped candidates. [List of candidates for

appointment against the 3% vacancies earmarked for P. H.
