Sealed tenders are invited from vehicle owners

(private) for the hiring of vehicle on contract for District

Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram for

conducting mental health clinics at different places within

the Thiruvananthapuram District.

Last date and time of receipt of tender—5-1-2012,

Date and time of opening of tender—6-1-2012, 3 p. m.

Tender forms will be obtained from the District

Mental Health Programme (DMHP) on payment of

cash during office hours (9 a. m. to 4 p. m.).

Tender No. and date should be superscribed on

such envelope and addressed to the Nodal Officer,

District Mental Health Programme, Thiruvananthapuram.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Cost of tender form

will not be returned under any circumstances. Tender

should be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit in

the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Nodal

Officer, District Mental Health Programme,

Thiruvananthapuram”, which should not be less than

one per cent of the price quoted. The undersigned

has the right to reject any offer without assigning

reason thereof.

Special terms and conditions of the tender shall

be obtained with the tender form.
