Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers/

suppliers for the supply and installation of All Automatic

Egg Setters and Accessories for the use of Regional

Poultry Farm, Manarcadu, Kottayam-19, Kerala. The list

and specification of items to be supplied are attached

along with the tender form.

Estimate Cost—` 7,50,000.

Price of tender form :

Original—` 1,500 + VAT @ 4% = ` 1,560.

Duplicate—` 750 + VAT @ 4% = ` 780.

Last date and time of sale of tender form—

10-1-2012 at 4 p. m.

Last date and time for submitting tenders—

11-1-2012 at 2 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tenders—11-1-2012 at

3 p. m.

Period of firmness—31-3-2012.

Designation and address of the Officer whom the

tender forms are to be obtained and whom the tenders are

Poultry Farm, Manarcadu, Kottayam-19, Kerala.

The cover containing the tenders should be

superscribed with the Tender Number for the supply of

All Automatic Egg Setter and Accessories for the use of

Regional Poultry Farm, Manarcadu, Kottayam-19, Kerala

for the Year 2011-12. The tender should be accompanied

by the following.

Specification of the item with rate as basic price,

rate of tax and total amount.

Tender forms duly signed by the authorized

signatory.

Preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

` 100.

EMD 1% of the total cost of the item quoted in

the form of DD in favour of the undersigned.

The tender forms and details are available from the

office of the undersigned in all working hours between

11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The details can be had from Department

website ahdkerala.gov. Intending ternderers paying the

exact amount of the tender or may send the exact amount

towards the cost of tender forms with postal charges as

money order only. Cheques, Postal orders and demand

drafts are not accepted. The cost of tender forms are not

refundable and tender forms without EMD or preliminary

agreement are not accepted. After confirmation of the

tender the tenderer should remit 5% of the tender amount

as security deposit.

The tenders will be opened in the presence of the

tenderers or his authorised representatives who may be

present at the time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the

tenders without assigning any reasons.

The tenders will

be finalised subjected to final scrutiny and approval from

the Director of Animal Husbandry. Other details and

specifications of the tender will be supplied along with

the tender forms. The successfull tenderers should remit

5% of the tender amount as security deposit.

Chick linear feeders made out of GI sheet and GI

rods. Size 18 inches height and trough 2 inches

suitable for 50 chicks such 60 (sixty) numbers.

Adult poultry feeder of 8 kg-classic hanging adult

feeders of 8 kg. capacity made of PPCPP plastic

with feed saving cone and grills with plastic rope

of 150 (one hundred and fifty) numbers.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.

The supply should be from the new stock noting

the original specification, make model etc.

The supply should be completed as per the date

mentioned in the supply order.

Minimum guarantee period of one year including

spare parts.

The rate quoted will be in Indian Currency and the

payment will also be in Indian Currency.

Ex-godown rates for destination will not be

accepted and such tenders will be summarily

rejected.

The successful tenderers should complete all

suppliers with in the stipulated time stated in the

supply orders. No extension of supply period

will be granted.

Offers of conditional supply will not be considered.

Payment will be effected only after verification

and working condition.

Advance payment is not possible.

11.

The firms registered with Kerala store purchase

department and NAIC Ltd. should produce a

copy of the current registration certificate along

with tender for exemption of EMD.

12.

The security deposit furnished by the firm will

be released only after the guarantee period.

13.

If the scheduled for receiving/opening of tenders

is declared as a holiday (local/general) the tenders

will be received and opened on the next working

day respectively.

14.

The Assistant Director (P), Regional Poultry Farm,

Manarcadu, reserves all the write to delete any

items from the tender without assigning any

reason therof.

15.

The only jurisdiction for any dispute regarding

this purchase will be at Kottayam.

16.

The photo copies of the documents produced

along with the tender should be attested by a

Gazetted Officer.

17.

The items are to be supplied at Regional Poultry

Farm, Manarcadu in Kottyam District.

18.

The undersigned reserves the rights to delete or

waive any of the above special conditions.
