notice and for free delivery at the department

working hours (Phone: 0495-2350212). Tender should be superscribed with Tender Number as specified below. The tender

should be submitted along with an agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and Earnest Money Deposit @

1% of quoted price. Stamp paper will be supplied to the firm outside Kerala, on request, along with the remittance of

` 150, ` 100 towards the cost of Stamp Paper and ` 50 as incidental charge by Money order taken in favour of Principal,

Medical College, Calicut. Specimen copy of the agreement is annexed with the tender form.

Rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees only. All the taxes applicable is to be clearly mentioned. Freight, Insurance,

loading, unloading, erection and commission charges and installation should be borne by the tenderer. Payment also will be

made in Indian rupees.

The tender without required Earnest Money Deposit, agreement and not satisfying other tender conditions are

liable to be rejected without further notice. Tender form is not transferable. Cheque, Draft, Postage Stamps etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Duplicate copy of tender form can be obtained on payment of cost.

The tender will be opened as detailed above. Belated tenders will not be accepted.
