Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of

Laboratary Equipments for ` 9,45,440 under UGC XI

Plan- "Additional Assistance to covered colleges" Scheme

to Govt. College, Kottayam.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender

for the supply of Laboratary Equipments-UGC XI Plan

2011-12" and addressed to the Principal, Government

College, Kottayam, Nattakom P.O., Kottayam-686 013. Last

date for the receipt of tender is 2 p. m. on 23-1- 2012. Late

tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened

at 3 p.m. on 23-1-2012 in the presence of such tenderers

or their authorized representatives who may present at

that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government College, Nattakom P. O., Kottayam

obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should

be submitted. Application for tender form should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,561 (Including

Tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not

refundable under any circumstances. Demand Draft for

` 1,561 on the local branch of SBT drawn in favour of the

Principal, Government College, Kottayam and self addressed

stamped cover should be enclosed with the Application for

tender forms to be sent by post. The tender forms are not

transferable. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p. m.

on 23-1-2012. Cheques or Stamps will not be accepted

towards the cost of tender forms. Duplicate tender forms, if

required will be issued at ` 832 (Inclusive of Taxes) per

copy. If 23-1-2012 happened to be a holiday, the

Procedure will be continued on the next working day as

per the time schedule mentioned above.

The rate quoted should be valid upto 31-3-2012. An

agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government

Stamp Paper worth ` 100 should be enclosed with the

tender. Demand Draft for ` 9,454 (1% of the total cost) on

the local branch of SBT/SBI drawn in favour of the

Principal, Government College, Kottayam should be

submitted along with the tender as Earnest Money Deposit.

tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 24-1-2012 in the

presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised

representatives who may be present at that time. Last

date of receipt of tender form is on 24-1-2012. Late tenders

will not be accepted. Estimate cost is ` 5,60,000.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Maharajas College, Ernakulam, Kochi-11 obtain

the requisite tender forms (before 2 p. m. on all working

days) on which tenders should be submitted. Application

for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance of ` 1,248 (1,200+48 VAT) which is the price

fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any

Director of Collegiate Education, North Zone, Kozhikode-1.

Last date of receipt of tender is 1 p. m. on 24-1-2012. Late

tenders will not be accepted. The tender will be opened

at 3 p. m. on 24-1-2012 in the presence of such tenderers

or their authorised representatives who may be present at

that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Deputy Director of Collegiate Education, North Zone,

Kozhikode obtain the requisite tender forms on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of

` 400 +16 ( 4% VAT) (Rupees five hundred and sixteen

only) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms

which is not refundable under any circumstances. The

tender forms are not transferable. The sale of tender

forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 23-1-2012. Cheques,

Postage Stamps etc., will not be accepted towards the

cost of the forms nor will the form be sent as VPP.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply and

installation of stores to Government College,

Mananthavady. PAC ` 50,000, EMD 1%.

The tenders should be superscribed as 'Supply and

Installation of Water Purification System to Government

College, Mananthavady 2011-12 Plan' and addressed to

the Principal, Government College, Mananthavady,

Nallurnad P. O., Pin-670 645. Last date and time of

receipt of tender in the college office is at 3 p. m. on

23-1-2012. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tender

will be opened at 4 p. m. on 23-1-2012 in the presence of

such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may

be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government College, Mananthavady obtain the

requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be

submitted. The cost of the tender form is ` 338, which

is the price fixed for the form and it is not refundable

under any circumstances. Application for tender form

through post should be accompanied by a Money order

remittance of ` 373. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand

Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the

tender form. The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The

last date for the sale of tender forms will be at 2 p. m. on

23-1-2012. The tender forms are not transferable. Every

tender should be accompanied by an EMD 1% of the total

cost of the articles tendered for. An agreement has to be

executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 along with

each tender. The Principal reserves himself the right to

accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning

any reason thereof.

Successful tenderers should furnish an agreement in

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and to be deposit 5%

amount of total cost as security deposit. Locally

assembled articles will not be accepted. Tenderers should

specify the rate, quantity and brand name of the item.

The payment will be released only after the items got

verified by LBS/other competent authority. The successful

tenderer should deliver and install the items in the college

and the cost of the same will include in the price quoted.
