Sealed competitive and superscribed tenders are
invited from reputed Pharmaceutical Manufactures/
Suppliers of insecticides for Control of Communicable
Diseases of the Kannur District.
Tenders should be superscribed “Tenders for the
supply of insecticides for the Control of Communicable
Diseases” for the year 2011-12 and addressed to the
District Medical Officer of Health, Kannur, Civil Station P. O.,
Kannur-670 002. The item-wise rates quoted should be
including Sales Tax, VAT etc.
Intending tenderers may on application to the
District Medical Officer (H), Kannur obtain the requisite
tender forms against cash remittance, in which the tender
to be submitted. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Draft etc.
will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and
the tender forms will not be sent by VPP. An Earnest
Money Deposit at 1% subject minimum—` 1,000.
List of Insecticides and condition of tenders can be
had from the office along with tender forms during the
working hours.
Probable Amount of Cost—` 1,00,000.

Original—` 400 + 12.5% VAT.
Duplicate—` 200 + 12.5% VAT.
