In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of

the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the

Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of

Sri R. Sadasivan Nair, Advocate, Sreekrishna Vihar,

Thekkevila P. O., Kollam (Notary Reg. No. 5/97/KLM) from

the Register of Notaries with effect from 1-6-2009, since he

expired.

Ayyanthole P. O., Thrissur (Notary Reg. No. 92/97/EKM)

from the Register of Notaries with effect from 10-8-2010,

since he expired.

Road, Palakkad (Notary Reg. No. 1/97/PLKD) from the

Register of Notaries with effect from 15-8-2011, since he

expired.
