Whereas, the K.S.E.B., Payyannur has deposited with

this Court an amount of ` 7,60,740 (Rupees Seven lakhs

Sixty Thousand Seven hundred and Forty only) as

Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of

the deceased workman Sri Sunil Kumar who met with a

fatal accident on 29-3-2011 arising out of and in the course

of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Thalipparamba Circle, it is

of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section

2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
