Thiruvananthapuram, 9th January 2012.

Hon’ble Justice Mr. B. P. Ray, Judge, High Court of

Kerala who has been granted leave on full allowances for

one day on 7-12-2011 under Section 5 (2) of the High

Court Judges (Salaries & Conditions of Service) Act, 1954

as per Notification issued under G. O. (Rt.) No. 275/2012/GAD

dated 9-1-2012 has assumed charge and rejoined duty on

the afternoon of that day.
