In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of
Section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of
1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name
of Sri Syed Mohammed Ali, Advocate, Chenthara House,
Perandoor Road, Kaloor, Kochi-682 017. Notary Register
No. 30/97/EKM from the Register of Notaries with effect
from 9-1-2011, since he does not get his certificate of
practice renewed.
