before 3 p.m. on 17-2-2012 by registered/speed post

only. Tenders received after 3 p.m. on 17-2-2012, due to

postal delay or on any other reasons will not be

considered. Department will not be responsible for such

delay. If the last date fixed for submission of tenders be

inclusive of all cost of materials errections, testing,

have enough warranty against any manufacturing defects
