As per order read above, the final seniority list of U.D. Typists for the period from 1-1-2008 to 18-2-2009 was

published and circulated.

A provisional seniority list of U.D. Typists for the period from 19-2-2009 to 31-12-2011 has been prepared in

accordance with the General Principles, norms and provisions in Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1958 is

appended herewith as Annexure I and published for information of all those concerned.

Any person who is aggrieved in the Provisional Seniority List of U.D.Typists for the period from 19-2-2009 to

31-12-2011 may submit his/her appeal to the undersigned through their Controlling Officers within 15 days from the date of

publication of this in the Kerala Gazette/Official website of PWD (www.keralapwd.gov.in) in the form appended hereto as

Annexure II. The concerned Head of Office shall verify the particulars in the pro forma with reference to the relevant

details and will furnish a certificate to that effect, while forwarding the appeals. Errors/omissions, if any in the seniority list

may also be brought to the notice. All Chief Engineer/Superintending Engineer under this Department shall download the

Seniority List and circulate among all those concerned. Annexure I & II are part of this order.

The Provisional Seniority List of Lower Division Clerks for the period from 1-1-2009 to 31-12-2009 has been published

and uploaded in the official website of the Department for circulation inviting objection/petition if any from aggrieved

persons. All the objections/petitions have been examined with relevant records and necessary inclusions/modifications/

corrections were effected wherever necessary in the Provisional Seniority List.

Necessary instructions were given to all controlling officers to submit to the service details of the incumbent whose

data were incomplete in the Provisional Seniority List in complete shape. Even though due to insufficient service details,

the date of joining of 2 incumbents (Sl. No. 87 & 117) are not entered in the Final Seniority List. Subject to found or

received, the date of joining of the above incumbents later, their seniority will be re-assigned if necessary as per rules.

Name of Sri Subin, N. T. included in the Provisional Seniority List as Sl. No. 101 is deleted from list as he found

as NJD.

As the time fixed for filing objections/petitions is already over, the Provisional Seniority List of L. D. Clerks for the

period from 1-1-2009 to 31-12-2010 published vide paper read above is declared as final after making necessary corrections/

modifications in accordance with the general principles/norms and provisions in KS & SSR, 1958 is appended herewith and

published for information of all those concerned.

and well experienced registered ‘A’ class Contractors/Firms

of Kerala Public Works/Irrigation Department who have

successfully completed at least one similar work costing
