It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Teak Poles collected from Teak Plantation of
Athirappilly Range of Vazhachal Forest Division by thinning will be sold will be sold in Tender/Auction sale subject to
detailed Tender/Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 49 dated 14-12-2010 in Page No. 589 to 595
of Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide notification No. Pro. (5) 5628/10 dated
2-12-2010 and other rules in force, as per schedule furnished below. Tender forms will be available in Divisional Forest
Office, Vazhachal Division, Chalakudy on payment of ` 200 plus S.T. Sealed tenders will be received at Divisional
Forest Office, Vazhachal Division, Chalakudy up to 3 p.m. on the working day prior to the auction date and Tenders
received after the stipulated date and time will not be entertained. If the date fixed for Tender/Auction happens to be a
public holiday, harthal or strike, the Auction sale will be held on next working day at the schedule date, time and place.
Tender will be opened immediately after auction sale and further action will be taken as per sale conditions. The
intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quality and quantity of the thinned materials put up for Tender/
Auction sale and no complaints will be entertained later regarding the same. Further details of Tender/Auction sale will
be available from this office (Phone No. 0480-2701713, e-mail: [email protected]). Athirappilly Range
Office. Quantity notified is only approximate. Teak poles taken to stock up to a day before the auction will also be
included in sale. If there is no bid or part bid Ist date of auction proposed, undisposed teak poles will be put up for sale
on subsequent dates as shown in the schedule at the same time and place. The Auctioning Officer is empowered to
conduct auction completely or partly and postponement of auction without assigning any reason.
Post offer will be considered as per the terms and conditions.
The remittance of the value and removal of timber should be as per prevailing terms and conditions and also as per
rule in time.

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 24-2-2012 at
the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nemmara. The
tender forms can be purchased from this office of the
undersigned during office hours up to 1 p. m. on all
working days till the tender date. Cost of tender from is
non refundable. The intending tenderer should apply
with proof of identity such as Electoral Identity Card,
Driving License, Indian Passport etc. along with the
Registration Certificate in original to get the tender form.
The tender form should be properly filled up and should
be submitted on or before 3 p. m. on the date of tender.
It should accompanied by all necessary documents along
with the Earnest Money Deposit by way of Bankers DD
at Fixed Deposit or National Savings Certificate pledged
in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nenmara
payable at Sub Treasury, Kollengode. The intending
tenderers should also furnish a preliminary agreement in
Stamp paper worth ` 100 along with tender of each
work. Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary
documents or tenders not be accordance with tender
condition will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened by
the Divisional Forest Officer or an officer authorized by
him at 3.30 p. m. on the same day. In the presence of
those tenderers who are present at that time. The
Divisional Forest Officer reserves the right to reject any
tender, whether partly or wholly without assigning any
reason thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on
the notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted
at the same place and time on the next working day as
per the same conditions.
If the tender for all works or any of the work could
not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for
such work/works will be conducted at the above place and
time with same conditions on 24-2-2012. If the tender
could not be conducted on that day, it will be conducted
on 27-2-2012, 29-2-2012. All existing rules, regulations,
directions, conditions etc. prevailing in Kerala PWD and
Kerala Forest Department in respect of civil works shall
be applicable to these works an tender also.

It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the Tender-cum-Auction Sale of Teak Poles Billets, Teak
Fire wood collected from wind fallen Teak trees in 1983, 1975 Teak Chedleth Range as per the Schedule given below will
be conducted by the undersigned or by any person authorized by him subject to the availability of the stock at
Bhoodanam dumping depot of Padiri North Section of Chedleth Range on 1-3-2012 at 10.30 a. m.
Tenders will be
received till 9 a. m. on the same day of the concerned auction.
The materials that will be arriving in the depot before
the auction will also be included in this sale.
The sale will be subject to the sale notification conditions issued as per Pro. (5)4668/11 dated 7-12-2011 of the
Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection) and published in Page Nos. 600 to 606 of the Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated
20-12-2011 and also subject to the subsequent amendments in the sale conditions issued in respect of the auction sale to
be conducted in the Government Timber Depots.
If the date notified for the Tender-cum-Sale happens to be a holiday the tender-cum-auction sale will be conducted on
the next working day at the same place and time.

Range Officer, Chedleth. Tender-cum-auction sale of produces not bid on 1-3-2012 at Boothanam Dumping Depot will be
