Preliminary Agreement is to be signed in Kerala

Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and sufficient EMD as Demand

Draft pledged in favour of the Superintending Engineer,

Harbour Engineering South Circle, Kamaleswaram,

Thiruvananthapuram should also be accompanied along

with the tender. Tenders submitted without enclosing

preliminary agreement and required E.M.D. will be

rejected outright. The tenders received will be opened at

3.30 p. m. on 9-3-2012 in the presence of the tenderers or

their authorized representatives present at the time of

opening. The firm period of the tender will be

four months (4 months) from the date of opening of the

tender.

All the conditions regarding the notice inviting

tenders in the Kerala P.W.D./HED and all other conditions

prevailing for consideration of the tenders and allied

orders will be applicable to this tender. [Government Order

(Rt.) No. 255/04/F&PD dated 29-6-2004 and allied orders
