Whereas Smt. R. Bindu the mother and natural
guardian of J. B. Samuel the petitioner No. 2 in the above
O.P. (G&W) residing at Chamavila Veedu, Athiyannoor
Village, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram District has
applied before the Hon’ble court in the above case to
appoint her as the guardian of the minor to pass an order
permitting her to execute sale deed in respect of the 2nd
petitioner’s right over the property ½ share of the
deceased i.e. ½ cents and the total extent of the property
being 6 cents as per document and as per possession in
Re. Sy. No. 67 in Athiyannoor Village to Gladstone s/o
Thankamony in Kollamvila Veedu, Neyyattinkara Village. It
is hereby notified that the objection if any to the grant of
the above relief should be filed before this court on or
before 29-2-2012 failing which the application would stand
allowed.
