The tenders should be superscribed “Forklift Truck

due on 28-3-2012” and addressed to the Managing

Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society,

Kakkanad P.O., Kochi-682 030.

The last date for receipt of the tender is 28-3-2012.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

The tender will be

opened at 11 a.m. on 29-3-2012 in the presence of such of

the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may

be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Managing Director, Kerala Books and Publications Society,

Kakkanad P.O., Kochi-682 030 obtain the requisite tender

forms on which tenders are to be submitted. Application

for tender form should be accompanied by a cash

remittance of ` 3,122 including KVAT which is the price

fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable

under any circumstances. The tender forms are not

transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m.

on 26-3-2012. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be

sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be

issued at ` 1,561 including KVAT per copy. Those who

want the form by post/courier have to pay ` 50 extra

towards postage charges.
