The following is the list of candidates for selection to the post of Draftsman Grade- II/Overseer Grade-II (Civil)

on 4000-6090 (PR) in the Harbour Engineering Department (Category No. 53/2007) found suitable by the Commission on

the basis of the OMR Test held on 7-11-2008 (Common Test) and subsequent verification of original documents of

candidates included in the Probability List published on 25-3-2011 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is

brought into force with effect from 4-10-2011.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the currency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there

is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the

Ranked List at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their

names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answerscript is not allowed. But answer script will be rechecked

if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of 50 (Fifty only) remitted in any one of

the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC 99 Examination fee” addressed to the

Deputy Secretary (Examination)-l, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 and should

reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. Application for rechecking

after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org. or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answerscripts have been

invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time

limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the

rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain photocopy of their answer sheet (Part A and B) relating to this selection shall remit

a fee of 200 (Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account “0051- PSC-

800 State PSC-Other receipts-99 other receipts”). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary (Examination)-I, Kerala

Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come

into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to

any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own,

and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 9 are based on the Communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examination)-I, Kerala Public

Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the

benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any,

the candidate will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The date, time and place of interview

will be intimated in the due course.

According to the existing procedure,

revaluation of answerscripts is not allowed.

But candidates can apply for rechecking of

their answer scripts after publication of the

Ranked List for the post. Detailed

notification for this post.

Copy of the answerscripts of the OMR

Test held on 22-5-2009 will be issued to

those candidates who apply for the same

remitting the prescribed fee after publication

Ranked List No. 405/2011/DOW.

6th September 2011.

The following List contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR) Test held on 21-2-2009 for selection to the post of Peon/Watchman Part I (Direct Recruitment) Category

No. 176/2007 and Part II (From qualified regular employees of the member Societies/Primary Societies affiliated to District Co-

operative Banks) (Category No. 177/2007) on 3250-5850 (PR) in District Co-operative Bank in Wayanad District arranged

in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 6-9-2011. The Ranked List will be in force till

the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission

during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no

guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time

of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed, but rechecking of marks will be

done on payment of 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. The marks awarded will be checked a second time and

discrepancies, if any, will be rectified.

Application for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Probability List are advised to refer notification

appended with the Ranked List. Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form

available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded

and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications

submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates can, if required, obtain the Photocopy of their OMR answer sheets. The Photocopy of the OMR sheet will

be given on payment of 200. The fee should be remitted in the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-99- Other receipts”. The

detailed instructions in this regard and a specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List. Valid applications

for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission

District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on

which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/

obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 20-10-2011. Applications for rechecking/ obtaining photocopy received after

the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded

on any account.

Entries put in Column 9 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission

District Office, Wayanad within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to

which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be

advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have secured 88 (Eighty Eight) marks and the above in the Objective Type (OMR) Test have

been included in the Main List. The marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in

Supplementary Lists.
