Whereas, the affairs of the Avaneeswaram HWCS
Ltd. No. H-102, Avaneeswaram P. O. has been ordered to
be woundup by the General Manager, District Industries
Centre, Kollam under Section 72 of the Kerala
Co-operative Societies Act of 1969 and the undersigned
appointed as the Liquidator (Vide Order No. K16-3001/
2010 dated 29-6-2010 of the General Manager, District
Industries Centre, Kollam) of the society. Notice is
hereby given that all claim against the above said society
shall be preferred to the undersigned in person or through
authorised agents within two months from the date of
publication of this Notice.

I do hereby certify that the amendment to the Clause
No. 16 of the bye-law of Erattupetta Rubber Milling and
Marketing Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd.
No. S.IND (K) 68, Erattupetta is approved and registered
and is incorporated to the bye-laws of the society.
Amendment is registered by me under provisions of
Section 12 and Rule 9 of Kerala Co-operative Societies
Act, 1969.
