Whereas, the United India Insurance Company Ltd.

has deposited with this Court an amount of

` 6,92,215 (Rupees Six lakh ninty two thousand two

hundred and fifteen only) as Workmen’s Compensation

payable to the dependent of the deceased workman

Sri Martin who met with a fatal accident on 3-6-2005

arising out of and in the course of his employment under

the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Mananthavady. It is understood

that the following person is the dependent of the

deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d)

of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other

Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation, Kannur within

15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the

Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the

stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation

will be disbursed to the dependent mentioned above.

Claims, if any preferred thereafter will not be considered.
