application, i.e. Qualification, Date of Birth, Community

Certificate, Experience Certificate and other benefits, if

Kerala Public Service Commission, Patttom Palace P. O.,

Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within 15 days from the date

of publication of this Notification. The Register Numbers

of those candidates who do not produce the required

documents within the prescribed time limit and whose

applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted

from the short list without further notice.

SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are

required to produce two copies of Community Certificate

issued by the Tahsildar concerned indicating that the

same has been issued to produce before Kerala Public

Service Commission.

The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes

included in the short list are required to produce Non

Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST

DD Dated 26-9-2009 along with the other documents

mentioned above as and when called for. Such

candidates in the Main List who failed to produce the

required Community Certificate/Non Creamy Layer

Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community

reservation and will be considered as Open Competition

Candidates and such candidates who are included in the

Supplementary Lists will not be considered for this

selection if they fails to produce the Non Creamy Layer

Certificate/Community Certificate as the case may be.

The date, time and place of Interview will be

intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of

answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply

for rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of

the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instructions in this

regard will be found in the Ranked List notification for

the post.

Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test held

on 4-12-2009 will be issued to those candidates who apply

for the same, remitting the prescribed fee, after

publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose

Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable by the Commission on the basis of the result of

the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 16-7-2010 for selection to the post of Laboratory Technician Gr.II-NCA (Muslim

& OX) on ` 4000-6090 (PR) in Health Services Department (Category No. 155/2009) in Thrissur District, arranged in the

order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 4-10-2011. The Ranked List will be in force until the

candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Muslim & OX Communities, but remain unfilled

due to the paucity of candidate during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post on 16-11-2005 in Thrissur

District.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be

done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under

the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”. Application for rechecking of answer script should be

submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission

or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www. keralapsc. org or

photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The original chalan receipt

together with the application for recheking should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, SC/ST Development

Corporation Building, II Floor, Opp. Town Hall, City Post Office, Chembukavu, Thrissur-20 within 45 days from the date on

which this Ranked List is published by the Public Service Commission. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any

account.

Candidates who wish to obtain Photocopy of their Answer Sheet (Part A Part B) relating to this selection shall remit

a fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) by way of chalan in any one of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account

“0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-Other receipts”). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the
