paper above, Government are pleased to withdraw the
Industrial dispute case referred as per Ist paper above,
from the Labour Court, Kannur and to refer it to the
Labour Court, Kozhikode for further adjudication,
invoking section 33(B) of the Industrial Disputes
Act, 1947.
The Government Orders read as Ist paper above
stands modified to the above extent.
