NOTICE

The above SOP filed by the petitioners for obtaining

succession certificate with regard to the claim for the

value of the shares of the Federal Bank Ltd. for a sum of

` 2,27,000 as per the present value of the shares issued

by the Federal Bank Ltd. in the name of (late)

Yacob K. Mathew, 11 B, Nedungadan Residency, Chittor

Road, Ernakulam who died on 31-10-2002 stands posted to

29-9-2012 for hearing. There persons who are interested in

the matter are directed to appear on that day at

11 a. m. failing which the petition will be decided exparte.
