The tender form pre-qualification and execution of the
following work is invited by the undersigned from
financially sound and well experienced registered ‘A’ class
Contractors/Firms of Kerala Public Works/Irrigation
Departments who have successfully completed atleast one
similar work costing more than 40% (Forty percentage) of
the estimate P A C of work during the last five years. All
bid/tender documents are to be submitted online only and
no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. A
bid submission fee of 26,000 shall be remitted in the
form of DD in favour of Superintending Engineer, Roads
and Bridges, South Circle, Thiruvananthapuram payable at
Thiruvananthapuram. The scanned copies of EMD, Cost
of tender documents/bid submission fee, Certificate duly
attested by the Superintending Engineer/Executive
Engineer, PWD, Kerala, Preliminary Agreement, Bid
Capacity Certificate and EMD exemption Certificate (if any)
shall be submitted on line and subsequently in a separate
cover physically on or before the prescribed date and
time of opening, otherwise such tenders will be rejected.

The tender for pre-qualification and execution of the
following work is invited on line from financially sound
and well experienced Registered 'A' class contractors/
Firms of Kerala PWD who have successfully completed at
least one similar work costing more than 40% (forty
percent) of estimate PAC of the proposed work during the
last five years. Only those bidders having a valid and
active registration and who possess compatible digital
signature certificate issued by competent authority can
participate in the tender.

Tender documents and tender schedule can be
downloaded free of cost from the e-GP Website
www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. A bid submission fee of
26,250 shall be remitted in the form of D.D. in favour of
Superintending Engineer payable at Aluva and the
scanned copy of this D. D. shall be submitted online
during the time of bid submission.
All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online
only and in the designated cover (s)/envelope (s) on the
e-GP website. Technical bid and financial bid shall be
submitted in their respective designated online covers.
Tenders/bids shall be accepted only through online mode
on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the
same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be
accepted.
The scanned copies of EMD, cost of tender
documents/bid submission fee, Registration Certificate duly
attested by the Superintending Engineer/Executive
Engineer, PWD, Kerala, Preliminary Agreement, Bid
Capacity Certificate and EMD exemption certificate (if any)
shall be submitted online and subsequently in a separate
cover physically before the time i.e. opening hard copies
should not be submitted before the submission of
documents through online. Tenders for which the hard

documents will be summarily rejected.
The labour contract societies who participate in the
tender shall produce necessary certificate obtained from
the Joint Registrar regarding their qualification and
certificate obtained from the Assistant Registrar regarding
the works in hand as stipulated in the G. O. (Ms.)
No. 135/97/Co-op. dated 13-11-1997. Exemptions and
preferences allowed to Labour Contract Societies vide
G. O. (Ms.) No. 135/97/Co-op. dated 13-11-1997 and KSCC
