has been ordered to be wound up and the undersigned

has been appointed as the Liquidator as per Proceedings

No. C3-5522/11, dated 20-1-2012 of the General Manager

(in charge), District Industries Centre, Kottayam. Notice is

hereby given that all claims against the society shall be

preferred to undersigned in person or through the

authorised agent within two months from the date of

publication of this notice.

The working of the Gandhiji Smaraka Weavers

Co-operative Society is in a stand still for the last few

years. The Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL), Taluk

Industries Office, Chittur vide reference read as 1st above

has reported after conducting Section 65 enquiry that

there is no scope for revival of the society and

recommended for the final winding up of the affairs of

the final winding up of the society vide letter read as 2nd

above. Hence the order.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, and in exercise

of the powers conferred upon me under Section 71 (1) of

KCS Act, 1969. I do hereby order for winding up of the

affairs of the Gandhiji Smaraka Handloom Weavers

Co-operative Society Ltd. No. 3409, Chittur.

Sri K. Chandran, Senior Co-operative Inspector (HL),

Taluk Industries Office, Chittur is appointed as the

Liquidator of the society for the purpose. The Senior

Co-operative Inspector (HL), Chittur will take charge of

the Liquidator of the society forthwith and shall complete

the liquidation work within one year from the date of

this order.

The society was registered on 5-1-1994. The nature

of activity of the society is the manufacturing of

readymade garments. The Enquiry Officer has

recommended for the winding up of the society as the

members are not interested in the affairs of the society.

Hence the order.

ORDER

In the circumstances above, and in exercise

of powers conferred upon me under Section 71 (1) of

KCS Act, 1969. I hereby order for the winding up of the

affairs of the captioned society and Senior Co-operative

Inspector (Inds.), Taluk Industries Office, Chittur is

appointed as Liquidator of the society. The Liquidator

will take charge of the assets and registers of the society

forthwith. He shall complete the liquidation work within

one year from the date of this order.
