NOTICE
RESOLUTION OF VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
UNDER SECTION 485 (1)
IN THE MATTER OF COMPANIES ACT,1956
AND
INDIA RICE LIMITED REGISTERED ON 27-7-1994
At the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the
above Company held on 10th August, 2012 at the
Registered Office of the Company at V/452 P,
Madayikonam P. O., Trichur - 680 712, Kerala, the
shareholders has passed the following resolution.
1. Voluntary winding up of the Company and
appointment of Liquidator.
Resolved that pursuant to the provisions of section
484 (1) (b) consent of the shareholders be and is hereby
given for the winding up of the company.
Further resolved that Mr. Krishna Kumar, Advocate,
High Court of Kerala, residing at Koottungal House,
T D Road, Cherthala-688 524 be and is hereby appointed
as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of winding
up on a remuneration of` 2,500 P. M.
Resolved further that Mr. Krishna Kumar, the
liquidator be and is hereby empowered to exercise all
powers as provided in sub clause (i) to (iv) of sub
section 2 of section 457 of the Companies Act, 1956.
