OF LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE

PROPERTY

No. D6-1861/08(2).

18th August 2012.

Whereas Sri. Abdu Raheem s/o Muhammed Musliyar

Kundoor, P. O. Nannambra, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram

District has purchased for  5,55,000 (Rupees Five lakhs

and fifty five thousand only) the immovable property

specified below at the sale held in public auction on the

28th day of March 2012 for recovery of Court fine arrear

involved in CMP-2926/07 of the Hon’ble Judicial First

Class Magistrate-I, Parappanangadi due from Sri Kundoor

Pallikkal Muhammed Ibrahim S/o Adam, Thirurangadi

Village, Thirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District and

whereas the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirur, has

confirmed the sale in his Order No. D.Dis/4782/12/H dated

8-8-2012 under section 54 of the Kerala Revenue

Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby declared under

Sub Section (1) of Section 57 of the said Act. That the

said Sri Abdu Raheem S/o Muhammed Musliyar Kundoor,

P. O. Nannambra, Thirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram

District is the lawful successor to all the rights of the

former land holder in the said immovable property.
