Whereas, Sri K. Jayaprakash, Sreepadam Veedu,

Pallickal Naduvila Muri, Bharanicavu Village, Mavelikkara

Taluk, Alappuzha District has deposited with this Court a

sum of 3,72,395 (Rupees Three lakh seventy two

thousand three hundred and ninety five only) as

Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the

deceased Sri Sreedharan who met with a fatal accident

while employed under Sri K. Jayaprakash, Sreepadam

Veedu, Pallickal Naduvila Muri, Bharanicavu Village,

Mavelikkara Taluk, Alappuzha District and whereas it is

reported that

Smt. Omana, A. K. (Wife), Punnakkattethu

House, VazharmangalamMuri, Chengannur

Village, Chengannur

is his only dependent as defined under Section 2(1) (d) of

the Employees Compensation Act. Any others who claim

to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15

days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me

and prove the same. If no such claims are received

within the prescribed time the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the person mentioned

above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
