NOTIFICATION

No. 12356/H2/2012/Law.

Thiruvananthapuram, 10th September 2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules,

1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint

Sri Georgekutty Abraham, Advocate, Ponnal House,

Ooramana P. O., Ernakulam-686 730 as Notary for a period

of five years with effect from 21-10-2012 in the

area comprising the jurisdiction of the Revenue

Divisional Office, Muvattupuzha in the Revenue District

of Ernakulam and the area of practice is further extended

to the whole State of Kerala with effect from 10-9-2012

up to 20-10-2015 with Register No. 111/97/EKM.
