Whereas, The New India Assurance Company

Limited, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court

an amount of ` 5,69,574 (Rupees five lakhs sixty nine

thousand five hundred and seventy four only) as

Workmen’s Compensation payable to the dependents of

the deceased workman Sri Sunil who met with a fatal

accident on 18-11-2003 arising out of and in the course of

his employment as under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, II Circle, Kazhakuttom it is

understood that the following persons are the dependents

of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section

2 (1) (d) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923.

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other

persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased

workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me

within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice

in the official gazette.

If no such claims are received

within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the dependents

mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will

not be considered.
