NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 14th September 2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections

3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952),

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956

the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri A. J. Joseph,

Advocate, Alakkalathil, Chemperi P. O., Taliparamba Taluk,

Kannur-670 632 as Notary for a further period of five years

with effect from 20-7-2012 in the area comprising

Taliparamba Taluk in the Revenue District of Kannur and

the area of practice is further extended to the entire

Revenue District of Kannur w.e.f. 14-9-2012 up to

19-7-2017 with Register No. 1/99/KNR.
