NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 27
of the Wakf Act 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995) the Kerala
State Wakf Board hereby delegates to the Officer in
Charge, Kerala State Wakf Board, Divisional Office,
Kannur all the powers and duties under Sections 30(1),
32(2)(a), 32(2)(f), 32(2)(i), 32(2)(1), 32(2)(m), 32(2)(n), 36(6),
36(7), 44(3), 44(4), 47(1)(a), 47(1)(b), 72(4), 72(6), 72(8)
77(2) and 92.

Explanatory Note
(This does not form a part of the notification, but is
intended to indicate its general purport.)
The Kerala State Wakf Board is of the opinion that it
is necessary in interest of expediency and better
management of the wakf institutions in the northern parts
of Kerala comprising Kasargod and Kannur Districts to
delegate some powers to the Divisional Officer, Kannur.
Therefore, the Board in its meeting held on 12-9-2012
decided to delegate the above powers to the Divisional
Officer, Kannur.
(This notification is intended to achieve the above
object.)
