Whereas, the affairs of the Palakkad District Gold

Workers

Industrial

Co-operative

Society

Ltd.

No. C. Ind. P. 133, Palakkad (P. O.) have been ordered to

be wind up and the undersigned has been appointed

as Liquidator, as per the Proceedings No. VI/1483/08 dated

14-3-2012 of the General Manager, District Industries

Centre, Palakkad and whereas the Liquidator has taken

over charge of the assets and liabilities of the Society.

Notice is hereby given that all claims against the society

shall be preferred to the undersigned in person through

authorised agents within two months from the date of

publication of this notice. Any claims preferred thereafter

will not be considered.
