In exercise of the powers conferred by sections

3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of

1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries

Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint

Sri P. V. Jose S/o Varkey, Advocate, Parayil House,

Kelakam P. O., Kannur (District), Pin-670 674 as Notary for

a period of five years with effect from 29-9-2012 in the

area comprising Thalassery Taluk with office at

Koothuparambu in the Revenue District of Kannur with
