Public notice is given hereby that whereas

Smt. Sachi Chaudhuri, wife of Late Shri Ajoy Chaudhuri,

former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi, presently

residing at Flat No. 701, Asha Deep Building, 9, Hailey

Road, New Delhi-110 001, Having Permanent Contact

Address at 17, Gauri Apartments, 3 & 4, Rajesh Pilot

Lane, New Delhi-110 001 has filed OP (Succession) No.

24 of 2012 before the 1st Addl. Sub-Court of

Thiruvananthapuram for Succession Certificate with regard

to the debts and securities due to her husband late

Shri Ajoy Chaudhuri, who was residing at D-2-A,

T. C. 9/1(2), (Ground Floor), Tennis Club Enclave, Post

Office, Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram-695 003 and who

passed away in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on 5-9-2011,

and whereas the petitioner is his sole legal heir, and

whereas the said OP is posted before the

abovementioned Court on 19-11-2012, if any person

who wishes to oppose or resist the said grant of such

succession certificate to the said Smt. Sachi Chaudhuri

does not appear before the Court on the said date in

person or through counsel, the proceedings will be

continued and determined by the Court on the basis that

the grant is not opposed and the petitioner is entitled to

such certificate.
