Separate sealed tenders are invited for the following
works given below from Registered PWD Contractors so
as to reach the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent
Valley Division before 3 p. m. on 8-11-2012. The tenders
received will be opened by the Wildlife Warden or any
other officer authorized by him at 3.30 p. m. on the same
day in the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent Valley
Division, Mannarkkad. Tender form can be purchased
from the office of the Wildlife Warden, Mannarkkad on
any of the working days till 1 p. m. on 8-11-2012. The
registered contractors will be supplied with the tender
forms only on the production of their Registration Cards.
The price of the tender form is non-refundable under any
circumstances. Tenders received after the due time and
date and not accompanied by proper Earnest Money
Deposit will not normally be entertained. The tenders not
containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Kerala
Government Stamp Paper worth 100 will be rejected. If
the tender date happens to be a public holiday, tender
will be received and opened on the next working day at
the same time and venue.
If the tender is not conducted on 8-11-2012 the same
will be on 12-11-2012. If the tender not conducted on
12-11-2012 the same will be on 16-11-2012 as per same
condition mentioned above.

MAIN CONDITIONS
1. The persons who intended to participate in the
tender/auction should produce valid documents to
prove their Identity before remitting the EMD.
No person will be allowed to participate in the
tender/auction without the production of the Bank
Guarantee/Solvency Certificate/Fixed Deposit Receipt
pledged in favour of Divisional Forest Officer,
Nemmara worth 1 lakh (Rupees one lakh only) in
the case of Vazhakkundu and Miraflores,
Poovamkadavu estate and 25,000 (Rupees Twenty
Five thousand only) in the case of remaining estates.
The persons who intended to participate in the
tender/auction should produce PAN Card received
from Income Tax Department. No persons will be
allowed to participate in the tender/auction without
producing of PAN Card.
2. Tender should be submitted separately for each estate
in the sealed covers and the same shall be opened
and decided immediately after the auction in the
presence of the tenderers present.

3. The successful bidder should remit full sale value on
the auction day itself, if the sale value is below
25,000 for each estate and if the sale value exceeds
this amount, the successful bidder should remit
25,000 and of the exceeded sale value.
The balance amount and other taxes should be
remitted within 15 days from the date of confirmation
and should execute an agreement in Stamp Paper
Worth 100 with Divisional Forest Officer, Nemmara
regarding the collection of usufructs after furnishing
the Security Deposit of 10% of the bid amount in the
Government Treasury. Valid post offer will be accepted
after the tender/auction sale.
If no persons come forwarded to participate in the
tender/auction sale on 7-11-2012, the same will be
conducted on 8-11-2012, 12-11-2012 at the same place and
time.

Competitive sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned on behalf of Governor of Kerala in the prescribed form
from eligible contractors registered with Kerala PWD for following civil works in Kuttiady Range during 2012-13. The
tender is fixed to be conducted on 15-11-2012. The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the undersigned
during office hours upto 1 p.m. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The tender documents should be properly filled up
and should be submitted on or before 2.30 p.m. on 15-11-2012. It should be accompanied by all necessary documents,
along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of bankers DD or fixed deposit or National Savings Certificate or any approved
certificate drawn in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode, payable at Kozhikode. The intending tenderers should

Incomplete tenders or tenders without necessary documents or tenders not in accordance with tender conditions will
not be accepted. Tenders will be opened and scrutinized at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of those tenderers
who are present at the time by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer authorized by him. The Divisional
Forest Officer reserves the right to reject any tender either partly or in full, without assigning any reason thereof. If the
tender date happens to be a holiday, or the tender could not be conducted on the notified date, due to any other
reasons, the tender will be conducted at the same place and time on the next working day, as per the same conditions as
detailed below.
If the tender could not be conducted on the said date/dates, tender for this work will be conducted at the above
place and time with same conditions on 19-11-2012. If tender could not be conducted even on this date necessary tender
will be conducted on the following dates with same condition 23-11-2012 or else 26-11-2012.
Cost of tender forms in respect of works with PAC from 5,000 to 50,000 shall be 300+VAT and in respect of
works with PAC of 50,001 to 10 lakhs shall be 0.20%+VAT of the cost of the work rounded to the nearest multiple of
100 subject to a minimum of 400+VAT and maximum of 1,500+VAT. All existing rules, regulations, directions etc.
prescribed by Kerala PWD and Forest Department in respect of civil works shall be applicable for this tender also.

Separate sealed competitive tenders are invited from the registered contractors in the Forest Department in
pursuance of G. O. (Ms.) No. 226/81 Forest dated 16-11-1981 for working down timber and firewood to be collected from
the Forest areas handed over to Power Grid Corporation of India for the construction of 400 KV DC transmission line
between Mysore to Kozhikode to Government timber depot mentioned in the schedule. The contractors who have registered
in the Forest Department should produce the attested copies of their Registration Certificate and their Identity Card for
proving their permanent address. The above work was tendered on 18-6-2009, 27-12-2011 and 14-3-2012. As the rate
quoted by the contractor is much higher and not feasible to afford it Govt. Order has been issued to cancel the tender.
Tender forms will be issued from this office up to 1 p. m. on 22-11-2012 and will be received upto 2.30 p. m. on
22-11-2012. The received tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 22-11-2012 by the Divisional Forest Officer, at Divisional
Forest Office, South Wayanad Division, Kalpetta or by any other officer duly authorized by him in the presence of the
tenderers or their authorized representatives. The tenderer shall fill in the tender forms purchased from this office and submit
the same together with all the pages intact and the rate quoted should be uniform for all items. If any item is seen
omitted by the tenderer will be treated as defective. Tenders should be addressed in a sealed cover with the name of work
clearly written there on to the Divisional Forests Officer, South Wayanad Division.
If the last date fixed for the receipt of the tenders happens to be a holiday the tenders will be received and opened
on the next working day at the same time and place in the conditions specified above.
If the tender could not be conducted due to any reasons on the above date tender for the above works will be
conducted on 27-11-2012 and 28-11-2012 at the same time and place as stated above.
Tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on direct remittance of cost of tender form along with

RE-TENDER NOTICE
No. B1-6198/2011.
3rd October 2012.
As per GO (Ms.) 1045/Rev. dated, 24-10-1958 and GO (Ms.) 7/93/F & WLD dated 4-2-1993 Forest Department was
entrusted with the work of felling, extraction and disposal of Teak and Rose wood trees from WCS areas. The balance
work extraction and transportation of trees from WCS areas was tendered on 20-10-2004 and awarded to the contractor
Sri I. K. Sulfiker, Illikkal House, Peruvampadam, Edavanna P.O., as per agreement No. 1/2005-06 dated 20-5-2006 of the
Divisional Forest Officer, South Wayanad Division. The contractor Sri I. K. Sulfiker violated agreement conditions as he left
the work place without completing the work and hence the retender at the risk and loss of the above contractor
Sri I. K. Sulfiker. Sealed competitive tenders are invited from the registered Forest Contractors to complete the balance
work, extraction and transportation of trees from WCS areas of Kuppady Village which are defaulted by the above
contractor appended in the schedule attached with this notification.
Tender forms will be issued from this office upto 1 p. m. on 27-11-2012 and will be received upto 2.30 p. m. on
27-11-2012. The received tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on same day by the Divisional Forest Officer at Divisional
Forest Office, South Wayanad Division, Kalpetta or by any other officer duly authorized by him in the presence of the
tenderers or their authorized representatives.
If the last date fixed for the receipt of the tenders happens to be a holiday the tenders will be received and opened
on the next working day at the same time and place in this conditions specifies above.
If the tender could not be conducted due to any reasons such as Harthal, Bandh etc. on the above date tender for
the above works will be conducted on 28-11-2012, 29-11-2012 at the same time and place as stated above.
Tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on direct remittance of cost of tender form along with
the Registration Cards. Value of the forms once realized will not be refunded at any cost. EMD for the work should be
remitted in cash. Tenders without adequate EMD, incomplete, defective or belated tenders will be summarily rejected. The
