In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of
1974), the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the
persons mentioned below as Special Judicial Magistrates
of the Second Class in respect of the cases arising within
the jurisdiction noted against their names for a period of
one year with effect from 11-10-2012 and confers upon
them all the powers conferred upon Magistrates of the
Second Class under the Code in regard to the cases
arising in the local area of their jurisdiction.
