Whereas, the Deputy Labour Commissioner,

Ernakulam has deposited with this Court an amount of

` 6,16,366 (Rupees Six lakh sixteen thousand three

hundred and sixty six only) as workmen’s compensation

payable to the dependents of the deceased workman

Sri Sivaraman,V. V. who met with a fatal accident on

28-3-2011 arising out of and in the course of his

employment under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Payyannur Circle. It is

understood that the following person is the dependents

of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section

2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the

stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation

will be disbursed to the dependent mentioned above.

Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.
