NOTIFICATION

UNDER SECTION 8 AND SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 13 OF

THE TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1108 ME, (IV OF 1108)

(Under Rule 26 of the Travancore Town Planning

Rules 1113)

The General Town Planning Scheme prepared by the

Municipal Corporation of Thrissur for the area described

in the Schedule below and a copy of which is attached

hereto is hereby published under Rule 26 of the

Travancore Town Planning Rules 1113 framed under the

Town Planning Act 1108 ME (IV of 1108).

Any person interested in the scheme may, within

two months from the date of publication, communicate in

writing to the Secretary, Thrissur Municipal Corporation,

any objection or suggestion relating thereto.

SCHEDULE

Entire Geographical area of jurisdiction of Thrissur

Municipal Corporation comprising of Ward Nos. 1 to 55,

having a total extent of 101.42 Sq.km. with boundaries as

noted below:

North Boundary—Grama Panchayats of Kolazhy,

Madakkathara and Mulankunnathukavu.

East Boundary—Grama Panchayats of Puthur, Pananchery

and Nadathara.

South Boundary—Grama Panchayats of Nenmenikkara,

Avinisserry, Paralam and Vallachira.

West Boundary—Grama Panchayats of Arimbur and Adat.
