ORDER

Government are pleased to issue NOC to Chinmaya Institute of Technology,

Govindagiri, Chala, Thottada, Kannur under the management of Chinmaya

Mission Educational and Cultural Trust, Chinmaya Balabhavan, Talap, Kannur

for the increase in intake in the existing MBA Course from 90 to 120 (additional

intake of 30) students during the academic year 2012-13 alone, as per the

conditions specified in the Government Order 7th cited and as per the terms and

conditions stipulated in the agreement executed by the Chief Sevak, Chinmaya

Mission Educational and Cultural Trust, Kannur with the Joint Secretary, Higher

Education Department read as 8th paper above and also to the fulfillment of the

conditions in the Undertaking and Affidavit submitted by the educational agency

read as 6th paper above.
