NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 16th October 2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections

3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of

1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries

Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint

Sri Baby Lukose, Advocate, Ennamplasseril, Uzhavoor

P. O., Kottayam-686 634, as Notary for a period of five

years with effect from 27-7-2012 in the area comprising

Meenachil Taluk in the Revenue District of Kottayam with

Register No. 1/2012/KTM.
