Separate sealed competitive tenders superscribing the

name of work is invited by the undersigned for and on

behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered eligible

Contractors for the following work.

Name of work with Approximate PAC—Construction

of building for MGLC (Multi-Grade Learning Centre) at

Podiyam in Athirumala Section of Peppara Wildlife

Sanctuary during 2012-13— 2,00,000.

EMD— 5,000.

Cost of tender form— 400 + VAT.

Last date and time of receipt of tender—14-12-2012,

3 p. m.

Period of work—3 months from the date of

agreement.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained

from the office of the undersigned on application in

writing and on payment of the cost of the tender form

and taxes in cash (not refundable) upto 1 p.m. on

14-12-2012. The filled up tenders will be received in this

office upto 3 p.m. on 14-12-2012 and opened by the

undersigned or an Officer authorized by him on the same

day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of the Wildlife Warden,

Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors

attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a

holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The earnest

money deposit noted above should be paid along

with the tenders by Demand Draft (cheque will not

be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned

payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank.

Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to

be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject

any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All

other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest

Department and Modifications there of time to time are

applicable to this tender also. The tenders not containing

the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper

worth 100 will be summarily rejected. If there is no

It is hereby notified for the information of the public

that the under mentioned quantities of timber will be sold

in tender cum public auction by the Divisional Forest

Officer, Timber Sales Division, Perumbavoor or by his

nominee at Government Depot specified in the

scheduled on the dates noted against the depot. The

auction will start at 10 a. m. on the scheduled dates.The

auction will be conducted subject to the conditions

notified in the Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated 20-12-2011 as

Sealed tenders will be accepted till 9 o’ Clock on the

date of auction at the Depot Office. The tender forms can

be obtained from the concerned Divisional Forest Office/

Depot Office, on payment of 200 + ST from 3 days

before auction date. No tender received after the

stipulated time will be accepted. The tenderer should

specify clearly the lot numbers intended to be bid and

the rates proposed, in the tender form. The lot numbers

should be inscribed on the cover also.

The sale of timber will take place lot wise, and the

sale of each lot will be knocked down against the rate bid

either in the auction, or in the tender whichever is higher.

If the notified day happens to be a holiday the sale

will be conducted on the next working day at the same

for any reason the same will be put up for auction on

21-12-2012 & 31-12-2012. Further details can be had from

the concerned depot. The quantity shown may vary

subject to the availability of timber.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited from registered

and experienced P.W.D. Contractors for and on behalf of

the Governor of Kerala by the Divisional Forest Officer,

Palakkad for the execution of the following works shown

in the schedule furnished below. Sealed covers

superscribing the name of the work will be opened in the

presence of the available contractors by the Divisional

Forest Officer, Palakkad or any other officer authorized by

him at the stipulated place and time as shown in the

Schedule. The tender forms will be supplied to the

contractors only on production of their Registration Card,

PAN Card and on payment of the cost and VAT of the

tender form. The tender form is not transferable and the

cost of the tender form is non-refundable under any

circumstances.

If the tender could not be conducted on the fixed

day, due to any circumstances, the same will be

conducted on the next working day at the stipulated

place and time.

The E.M.D. noted against each works should be

paid along with the tender form by Fixed Deposit

Certificates or DD drawn at any Nationalized Bank at

Palakkad in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Palakkad.

A preliminary agreement in the prescribed format in

Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth 100 should be

attached with the tender. Incomplete tender or the tender

without the required EMD are liable to be rejected.

Tenders without the agreement in stamped paper will be

rejected outright. But in deserving cases where agreement

has not been received, the Purchasing Officer may

exercise his discrection and call upon such tenderer to

execute the agreement within a period of ten days from

the date of issue of such intimation. A Speciment form of

agreement will be given along with tender application.

The Divisional Forest Officer, Palakkad reserves the right

to reject any tender without assigning any reasons. All

the rules and regulations regarding tender in force in

Public Works Department and Forest Department are

applicable to this tender also. The Divisional Forest

Officer will be at his liberty to exclude any of the works

mentioned in the schedule from the tender.

The successful tenderer should execute the

agreement and commence the work within 15 days from

the date of receipt of work order. If he fails to execute the

agreement and to execute the work, the work will be

re-tendered at the risk and loss of the original bidder or

execute departmentally. More details of this tender can be

As per G. O. (Ms.) 1045/Rev. dated 24-10-1958 and

G. O. (Ms.) 7/93/F&WLD dated 4-2-1993, Forest

Department was entrusted with the work of felling,

extraction and disposal of Teak and Rosewood trees from

WCS areas. The balance work of extraction, transportation

of trees from WCS areas was tendered on 20-10-2004 and

awarded to the contractor Sri I. K. Sulfiker, Illikkal House,

Peruvampadam, Edavanna P.O. as per the agreement

No. 01/2005-06 dated 20-5-2006 of the Divisional Forest

Officer, South Wayanad Division. The contractor

Sri I. K. Sulfiker violated the agreement condition as he

left the workplace without completing the work and hence

retendering the work at the risk and loss of the above

contractor Sri I. K. Sulfiker. Sealed competitive tenders are

invited from the registered Forest contractors to complete

the balance work, extraction and transportation of trees

from WCS areas of Kuppady Village which are defaulted

by the above contractor appended below attached with

this notification.

Tender forms will be issued from this office upto

1 p.m. on 19-12-2012 and will be received upto 2.30 p.m.

on 19-12-2012. The received tenders will be opened at

3 p.m. on same day by the Divisional Forest Officer, at

Divisional Forest Office, South Wayanad Division, Kalpetta

or by any other officer duly authorized by him in the

presence of the tenderers or their authorized

representatives.

If the last date fixed for the receipt of the tenders

happens to be a holiday the tenders will be received and

opened on the next working day at the same time and

place in this conditions specifie above.

If the tender could not be conducted due to any

reasons such as Harthal, Bandh etc. on the above date

tender for the undermentioned work will be conducted on

20-12-2012, 21-12-2012 at the same time and place as

stated above.

Tender forms can be had from the office of the under

signed on direct remittance of cost of tender form along

with the Registration Cards. Value of the forms once

realized will not be refunded at any cost. EMD for the

work should be remitted in cash. Tenders without adequate

EMD, incomplete, defective or belated tenders will be

summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

Each and every tender should accompany preliminary

agreement in stamp paper worth 100 (Rupees One

hundred only) duly signed by the tenderer. Tenders

without this preliminary agreement in stamp paper will

also be rejected even at the time of opening the tenders.

All the relvant rules, regulations, conditions etc. prevailing

in PWD and Forest Department in respect of tenders will

be applicable to this tender notification also. Post offers

will be accepted within seven days of the tender date as

per the rules.

If the tender could not be conducted due to any technical

or unexpected reasons or persons not purchased tender forms

also, on the above date, tenders for the above works will be

conducted on 20-12-2012 at the same time.

If the tender could not be conducted due to any technical

or unexpected reasons or persons not purchased tender forms

also, on the above date tenders for the above works will be

conducted on 21-12-2012 at the same time.

Tender forms can be had from the office of the

undersigned on direct remittance of cost of tender form

or in through money order along with the Registration cards.

Value of the forms once realized will not be refunded at any

cost. EMD for the work should be made through Demand

Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the

Divisional Forest Officer, South Wayanad Division, Kalpetta

and payable at Kalpetta. Tenders without adequate EMD,

incomplete, defective or belated tenders will be summarily

rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any

tender without assigning any reason thereof. The undersigned

will have power to cancel the process the tender due to

administrative reasons if any. The Co-operative societies,

rendering the tenders should produce true copies of relevant

orders exempting them from remittance of EMD/security along

with the tenders if any. Otherwise they will have to remit

EMD/security applicable.

Each and every tender should accompany preliminary

agreement in stamp paper worth 100 duly signed by the

tenderer. Tenders without this preliminary agreement in stamp

paper will also be rejected even at the time of opening the

tenders. All the relevant rules, regulations, conditions etc.

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 19-12-2012 at

the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife

Division, Sulthan Bathery. The tender forms can be

purchased from the Office of the undersigned during

office hours upto 1 p.m. on all working days till the tender

date. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The intending

tenderer should apply with proof of identity such

Electoral Identity Card, Driving License, Indian Passport

etc. along with the Registration Certificate in original to

get the tender form. The tender form should be properly

filled up and should be submitted on or before 2 p.m. on

the date of tender. It should be accompanied by all

necessary documents along with Earnest Money Deposit

Deposit by way of Bankers DD or Fixed Deposit or

National Savings Certificate pledged in favour of Wildlife

Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery

payable at Sulthan Bathery. The intending tenderers

should also furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp

Paper worth 100 along with tender of each work.

Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender

conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened

by the Wildlife Warden or an Officer authorized by him at

3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of those

tenderers who are present at that time. The Wildlife

Warden reserves the right to reject any tender, either

partly or wholly without assigning any reason thereof. If

the tender could not be conducted on the notified date

due to any reason, it will be conducted at the same place

and time on the next working day as per the same

conditions.

not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for

such work/works will be conducted at the same place and

time with same conditions on 21-12-2012. If the tender

also, it will be conducted on 31-12-2012. All existing rules,

regulations, directions, conditions, prevailing in Kerala
