Whereas, the Electrical Division, Kerala State

Electricity Board, Punalur has deposited with this Court a

sum of ` 8,78,880 (Rupees Eight lakhs seventy eight

thousand eight hundred and eighty only) as Compensation

to be disbursed to the dependents of the deceased

Sri T. Sajith who met with a fatal accident while employed

under the Electrical Division, K.S.E.B., Punalur and

whereas it is reported that Smt. Lilly (Mother),

Pallipadinjattathil, Neelammole, Karavaloor P. O. is his only

dependent as defined under section 2 (1) (d) of the

Employee's Compensation Act. Any others who claim to

be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days

of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government

Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove

the same. If no such claims are received within the

prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be

disbursed to the person mentioned above. Claims

preferred thereafter will not be considered.
