Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Tools

and Equipments, MRDA, MSAM and Consumables to the

Vocational Higher Secondary Education, Cheruvathur.

Tender No.—01/2012-13.

Cost of tender form—` 400+VAT 5%.

Last date and time of issue of tender—15-12-2012,

1 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender—15-12-2012,

2 p. m.

Date and time of opening tender —15-12-2012,

3 p. m.

More details on specifications of above materials can

be had from the office.

The tender should be superscribed as the Tender for

the supply of Tools, Equipments and Consumables to

VHSE Various Lab and addressed to the Principal,

GVHSS (Technical High School) Cheruvathur-671 313,

so as to reach the same on or before the last date fixed

for the purpose. Late tenders will not be

accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the

tenderers or their representatives who may be present at

that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

undersigned obtained equisite tender form. The tender

form can be obtained from the office @ ` 400+VAT 4%

each in cash and @ 200 + VAT 4% each for duplicate

copy of tender between 9 a. m. and 2 p. m. of any

working day. The Tender form will be obtained through

post by sending Money Order of ` 50 extra.

The tenderer should send along with his tender form,

an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper

worth ` 100 and 1% of EMD of the total cost articles

tendered. Tender without agreement, EMD, etc., will be

rejected. Cheques, Drafts, Postal Stamps, etc., will not be

accepted as tender cost. If Kerala Stamp Paper required,

sent ` 150 by Money Order to the addressee. More

details can be got from this office in working hours.
