In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956

the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri V. V. Shaji,

Advocate, Vazhathara Malayil, Sooraj Appartments, Near

Government Hospital, Thiruvalla-689 101 as Notary for a

further period of five years with effect from 20-12-2012 in

the area comprising Thiruvalla Taluk in the Revenue

District of Pathanamthitta and the area of practice is

further extended to the Revenue Districts of Pathanamthitta,

Kottayam and Ernakulam w.e.f. 29-11-2012 up to 19-12-2017

with Register No. 6/99/PTA.
